Just had fish and chips from Fridays (takeaway) and had to write about it..! Great chips, good sized fillet of fish in perfectly cooked batter and not at all greasy. The fish was boxed separately to the chips, so kept crispy and the fish was flaky and superb. The portion size was big and well worth the price. If you had a smaller appetite one portion would do two people. I would say this was the best fish and chips I have had in a long while.

We were looking for afternoon tea in Crowland, but none of the Cafes or Tea Shops were open. We just wanted a cup of tea and a light snack, it was a bit too early for a full meal. As a last resort we asked in Fryday's if they'd be happy to just serve us with Tea. They were happy to do so and offered us a range of freshly baked cakes too. We've just left here after searching for somewhere to eat on our journey back home and we are so glad we stopped here! Kids eat for £1 and teens £2.50! Adult sizes are perfect and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food tasty! We ate in and had a nice family meal. Thank you Frydays!Kid-friendliness: Kids eat for £1 and teens for £2.50. Small cutlery for little ones and a little chocolate was given to them afterwards :) staff very friendly. Clean tables and toilets.
