Lovely evening with friends at the Bottle and Glass in Scothern. My steak, medium rare, was cooked to perfection. The home made beer battered onion rings were an extra treat - best I've had in a very long time. Many thanks to all concerned.
I’ve just been down and had lunch, it was absolutely delicious. I had the lamb and mint roll and chips and it was spot on! The lamb was excellent and everything was cooked perfectly.The chef came out and said hello to our little boy and Mandy was very welcoming as always!The guest ale was tribute and a really good pint

What more can I add, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff just added to the experience of the excellent meal.The menu isn’t huge but by gum it’s excellent quality throughout.Nothing was a trouble for the staff, they were just happy to help and see us happy.If you want an excellent meal in convivial surroundings then this village pub is for you.Thank you everyone, especially the chef Sarah.
