Very busy as it was midday. Staff were very good .

Great place, with lots of outdoor seating, to grab a coffee and a snack break whilst shopping.

I always use this Costa as apposed to the main one in Marshall's yard as it has a nicer feel to it, nicer toilets, lovely and quick staff. I have been using this one for years now and can never fault this Costa shop

A lovely outside place to enjoy our coffee whilst the sun was out.

Lovely outdoor seating area looking onto the water feature/fountains. Everything you'd expect from a normal Costa.

Nice place to sit for a coffee. Pretty much job No1 for a coffee shop! It's almost like a foreign holiday these days. The good weather helped

Enjoyed our hot chocolate and latte and cakes, but was very disappointed with the disabled toilet, it had just been cleaned and the floor moped, but no sign to say that it was wet, I has a pair of w.hite trousers on and they were wet through at the bottom, standing up afterwards I nearly went full length, as I slipped, just managed to get hold of a tap. It's not what we expect being disabled, I got as much sense out of the manager as I would out of a piece of wet cod.

Nice big Costa. I liked this one!

Staff are good until you ask them to make a more difficult drink. Lovely setting. Would be better if they had a lift.

Wonderful staff and surfaces. Coffee is made with care and taste excellent

Because it is in the shopping precinct, but, it needs more staff and not be so expensive.

Not bad. Good for meetings upstairs apart from annoying clicking air con. Wish you didn't allow people to smoke outside and it stinks. Usual Costa food and drink. Nice people though.

Me and my friends (who are currently 6 form students) had been doing the NCS program and whilst handing out posters we went into Costa to get out the rain. As half of us started to head upstairs to find a seat one of the employees proceeded to yell at us to get in the line before we could find a seat. Safe to say we left. We were causing no scene as we walked in and were pretty quiet except for asking who was going upstairs. Whether this had been an unspoken rule in Costa I don't know but I think she could have deffinatly dealt with the problem more subtly and politely. It ruined our day as it seemed to be discrimative for our age as other coustmers had walked upstairs without issue. Saying this I have been to this Costa before and the staff are usually friendly.
