Enjoyed our hot chocolate and latte and cakes, but was very disappointed with the disabled toilet, it had just been cleaned and the floor moped, but no sign to say that it was wet, I has a pair of w.hite trousers on and they were wet through at the bottom, standing up afterwards I nearly went full length, as I slipped, just managed to get hold of a tap. It's not what we expect being disabled, I got as much sense out of the manager as I would out of a piece of wet cod.
Lovely situated coffee ☕ House. Staff were very polite and helpful. Downstairs isn't that big but there is a lot more room available up on the 1st floor with nice view from what I could see. I will definitely go there again next time we visit.

I always use this Costa as apposed to the main one in Marshall's yard as it has a nicer feel to it, nicer toilets, lovely and quick staff. I have been using this one for years now and can never fault this Costa shop
