A great budget room, clean and comfortable with tea making facility. Just enough for what we needed. A shower and ensuite were welcome.

Nice little pub, 2 beer gardens, pool table, jukebox, drink prices very reasonable, staff friendly and helpful, right in the middle of town worth popping in for a beer or 2,?

Very cheap and once in its clear why. But. Owner was great and very helpful, bed was clean. If you just need a cheap place to sleep then fine but no comforts

Nice looking place inside. I love the exterior, retro tiling and colour scheme. Had karaoke on, which is always a plus. Guy behind the bar was very friendly. Don't do real ales which is a bit of a turn off for me, but happy to try other things. Places to sit outside but it's on a busy junction so, not my cup of tea but still a good option if you don't mind. Yeah. Nice pub.

Booked room here at horse and jockey for two nights, cheap rooms which are lovely and clean, everything you need for a short stay, there's a bar down stairs where the staff make you feel welcomed, cheap drinks and bar snacks, couldn't complain about anything ?
