Quite frequently on visiting Greggs, not Burger King there is never any food. 12:41 in the day. No pizza slices apparently until Monday. Funnily enough, when there is a lady called Sandra working, it's always fully stocked, and if Pizza has run out, she pops more in saying, "Take a seat, I will bring it over to you. It won't are long.". 6 minutes. Do please tell me why Sandra can do this but no one else. She is always jolly, a hello and good bye a tgank you. She is amazing, and if we're here, it would have been 5 stars ?.

A stop for a quick bite, a stretch, and to use the facilities on my 250-mile journey.You can only order electronically on the app or in store touchscreens. I couldn't get the QR codes to work at all for the loyalty card/app, so I had to find the alternative code to enter manually. This system wasn't as intuitive as I'd like, and there were no staff o hand. They merely appeared with my warm food and scalding hot drink.There's plenty of indoor seating, but I took advantage of the picnic benches in the fresh air. There are plenty of rubbish bins, so use them.The facilities were clean, family and accessibility friendly.

I came to use the toilet facilities at the combined Greggs and Burger King services on the A1. It was the most putrid disgusting experience I have ever had! Three toilets in the ladies and not one add toilet paper! The stench made me feel sick and it was just absolutely filthy. I felt like I need an injection soo. After being in there to keep me alive. It also concerns me that staff will be using these filthy toilets and they are the ones preparing food for us to eat.
