Awful, rude service. One self-order terminal was dead. 2 others couldn’t work the 2nd, so I went to the “order” desk, with tills and card readers. Was told to go away and “not company policy” to order there. I asked if he can place an order. “I don’t know how” was his answer and he directed me back to the awkward self service. We went to McDonald’s next door, where the staff know how to use the tills.

Right at the back of the service the food was just the same as any other. The order was correct and served reasonably quickly. The young lady on the counter was knowledgeable about the range and possibilities.

The website says that the North Muskham branch is open until 8 pm, but when I called today, at 7:15 pm, it was closed. What an earth are you doing? I shan’t make that mistake again. There are plenty of other eating houses nearby.

cheerless, unsmiling, lackadaisical staff, lukewarm plant-burger, at a price for which McDonalds would've included fries and a drink, the place was almost deserted, no wonder Burger King are their poor relation

Absolutely awful. The burger was cold and wasn’t inside the bun, the drink tasted completely off. Your better off having frozen food from the fridge

A1 services branch: The coffee was appalling - undrinkable. Unfortunate for a services branch where people may be needing refreshment on lo g journeys. One of the members of staff was definitely a stoner.

We thought we would pop in for some chips to break up our journey. Only one of the order screens was working, so we waited to place an order, not a complicated one, just 4 portions of fries and some onion rings. We then proceeded to wait for over 30 minutes while the guy serving took order after order on the till, and the people in the back continued to pile up food under the heat lamps that he didn’t give out because he was too busy taking more orders. In the end, hungry and frustrated, having seen nobody actually succeed in receiving an order, and while the guy serving was telling the people piling up the food under the lamps that there was too much there and he couldn’t tell what was what, we gave up, asked for our money back, and bought chocolate from the shop instead. All in all a massively disappointing visit, a huge waste of time, and we won’t be going back.

Called in during harrowing motorway journey, I was excited to get a 'large' gingerbread latte, with cream, to cheer me up, my hubby had a 'large' capuccino, both were served cold and half full (paid extortionate £4.30 for each 'large drink') My latte was served with no cream as they had 'ran out' but I was still charged full price! Costa Fortune for rubbish. AND the place is filthy, seats have visible ground in stains and there is a stink of sour milk! We ought to have known!

My husband left his phone and cards here yesterday. He rang his number when he arrived home and a member of staff called Harry answered the call. Such a relief to know his phone was safe. I drove down from Doncaster to collect it and Harry was really helpful and kind. It was a hot day and he gave me a drink. It was really appreciated. Thank you

Costa coffee are currently running a promotion for 50p coffee if you have the app.\\n\\nUnfortunately because everyone is wanting one the apps not working properly, however if you show the email saying your eligible, and your app home screen showing the offer then this outlet... Won't help you at all.\\n\\nIf you want a Costa on your A1 journey GO TO A DIFFERENT COSTA.

Stopped here on our way back from Yorkshire, can only report as I found, the toilets were clean, Greggs staff were friendly and welcoming, Costa coffee was good, it was not very busy, did notice tables needed clearing...
