Just took a break for a drink and so as per usual visited costa. As I'm not too keen on hot drinks I wasn't aware of the difference in the drinks. I asked the cashier for help and to recommend a drink which my dad would like. He was very friendly and polite. He suggested I buy the cappuccino as it tasted a lot better than the latte. Tables full of dirty pots and plates, serviettes. Just a general lack of tidyness, the manager messing around with a mop and chatting up the female baristas, his faced dropped when was presented with a trayful of pots and told he needed to take an active part to get the area cleaned up, would not recommend this as a stopover in the A1

Stopped here on our way back from Yorkshire, can only report as I found, the toilets were clean, Greggs staff were friendly and welcoming, Costa coffee was good, it was not very busy, did notice tables needed clearing...
