We ordered chicken chow mein ,egg fried rice ,chips and BBQ sauce . It was disgusting chicken chow mein over cooked noodles very greasy ,the egg fried rice was very greasy thand most of the chips were hard looked old chips if been cooked before and BBQ sauce was so thick ..I will never use this Chinese again , very disappointed with the Chinese

SERVICE WAS SHOCKING.... BEFORE WE EVEN ORDERED. but we continually ordered...myself and my partner was looking forward to eating a well deserved meal after work that we didn't have to cook. We order set meal for 2 with slightly modified to our taste. Got it home. Chow mein noodles was over cooked. Rice was dry and over cooked. Duck no taste or flavour. all round worst chinese and very unsatisfied myself and partner was ill throughout the whole night. Will NOT be returning.

Have not used this takeaway for quite along time and it will be an even longer time if at all that I use it again. We ordered just after 5pm and I’m fairly sure that the ribs and chilli beef were cooked yesterday and reheated in fact the crispy chilli beef was not crispy and quite inedible..

Had 2 deliveries now, both of them earlier that the estimated delivery time ? both of them excellent quality, sweet & sour sauce lovely and thick, plus the chicken and pork balls amazing, no fat very tasty, banana fritters lovely too, but could be a little more syrup! ? over all a 10 out of 10

Service is good but the meat wasn't the best and some of the food was quite generic, I feel I could have ordered any similar style dish and not tell the difference

Had my once in a blue moon usual delivered last night , at least I ordered my usual, when it came it had an array of different ingredients that all looked well past their sell by date , hey how I thought as it was the only thing I had eaten all day . I should have gone on my first instincts . I have spent most of the day throwing up . We don’t order takeaway very often so I’m guessing the chef has changed within the last few months. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Possibly the WORST Chinese I’ve ever had, the chow mein was dry and I don’t even think the meat was real meat. Duck had zero flavour in an oily residue and prawn toast over done, total waste of my money. Contacted the restaurant, RUDE owners informed me there was nothing wrong with my food as it’s cooked the same as usual completely laughable, told them I would return the takeaway or they could collect and see them selves. Apparently refund isn’t an option, completely awful service. Rude lady aggressively shouting at some points in another language! Customer loyalty means nothing at this ‘business’ me and my partner have spent a lot of money at this takeaway and due to the poor handling of this complaint they have lost our customer. Maybe a lesson or course in customer service would help these rude individuals (owner and son) run a successful business that values the customers that line their pockets.

I live in lincoln and was in grantham visiting a relative and ordered from here, the so called salt and pepper chips were just chips with raw onion thrown on top and the battered spare ribs were just horrendous and basically fatty and tasteless (in fact the worst I've EVER had). Horrid food, over priced and far from satisfying!!

Never, in over 40 years of eating Chinese food, have I EVER had a worse offering than this…. We collected on time, got it home and threw it in the bin…could not have felt worse if I had been mugged …. NEVER, EVER….you have been warned…
