This as to be the best chippy in grantham in my opinion I love that they use beef dripping instead of oils to cook with I wish more places done the same with prices going up all over the place it's hard to have a treat now but when we can it's this one for a lovely pie chips curry sauce or there plain sausage that's my go to I absolutely love the curry sauce they use there wow u can even order free scraps yes free I wish they would do large bottles of drinks though and maybe free bottle when spending a amount usually get nice portion size though so big thanks great friendly service hopefully your try for self'sParking: The parking is not suitable to hang around it's on roads with houses maybe best to call through your orders first specially if big ordersWheelchair accessibility: I believe u would be able to enter with wheelchair staff very friendly there is a serving hatch for picking up orders to

First time coming here in what feels like forever (actually about 2 years) after moving away from the area and it is as good as the day I left.The service has always been quick and impeccable and always served with a smile. The chips and all the items on the menu are always cooked to perfection.
Great food and service only downside it is a little more expensive compared to other local Fish n Chip

Would do 0 stars if I could. Awful service, rude, disinterested staff. Waited over 40 minutes for an order and was forgotten about - loads of people came in, ordered and got their food. When challenged the staff looked completely perplexed as if we'd asked something unexpected. Initially we were spoke to in a rude way when taking the order, insisting we should have asked to be served rather than waiting for our order to be taken. What are these people thinking? That we were just in there for a chat? After 40 mins of waiting enough was enough and asked for money back...3 times...they clearly didn't want to do it but eventually reluctantly did. All staff are quiet, miserable and can't deal with people at all. Will never come to this place again and I would advise others not to unless you want to be spoken to rudely and treated poorly. I have never had to wait like that in what is supposed to be a fast food place. Ridiculous. Avoid

Seems to have gone down hill whilst prices have gone up. Portions are tiny. The chips seem undercooked but are soggy so not sure how they managed that. Its a shame as it was the go to place.
