Review on asda rewards points/cash scheme... we lost £60 in vouchers that we were saving for Xmas because we were not aware there was a 6 month expiry time for exchanging your cashpot for vouchers. Disgusted.. we will not be using asda again.

The ladies who work the self checkout at night and the lady with pink white hair on security are absolutely amazing. Great to talk to. Stop closing down tills cus we need more people like this please

The store was quite busy as it was lunch time, self checkouts were busy and only 6 manned checkouts which all had long queues but there were at least another 6 checkouts unused but the store clearly had no intention of using them as they all had display stands pulled across them. There must have been about 10/12 staff picking customer delivery orders which I can understand but what about the paying customer in store.

It's Halloween and there is nothing, more Christmas decorations around the wrong season as usual. Staff in the way and 0 help got given when needed help highly disappointed would give a zero if possible.

On calling to the store on Friday I went to the larger trolley bank next to the entrance . On getting a trolley I noticed a black anti rodent box on the floor beside the trolleys . The trolleys appeared to be grubby and trust me they felt dirty. Anti back aside are they washed every day ? Given there is a need for anti rodent boxes near the trolleys then I have to assume rats and mice will go on those as well particularly when they hate full of wrappers and frankly just dirt on them . Asda store is pretty poor for cleanliness but this really made me turn around and walk away from the store to a nearby one that takes more care of the trolleys. Rodents are everywhere I know but I don’t want to share their germs on my shopping Thankyou .

Wouldn't have a bad word to say if I didn't have to wait at least 15 minutes at click and collect with the cars piling up, for some staff member to dawdle out without a care in the world and not even apologise for the wait. Every single time.
