Very rude staff. Asked for two large cappuccino’s to sit in. Was handed one in a mug and one in a take out cup. Asked for another cup and got told no we couldn’t have one as they didn’t have another large mug. They were all out with other orders. There were 7 people sitting!Asked for another cup and pointed to a stack of cups behind the till. Got told they was wasn’t for my coffee that I had ordered. I asked for it anyway. The staff member was not happy with my request and didn’t even look at me when she handed me back the mug!Found her rude and unhelpful! They wasn’t even busy! No excuse poor customer service!

All of the drinks we had delivered were made wrong. The fraps were made wrong and against Starbucks policies so the ingredients had separated by the time it was at our door, as well as the "Caramel macchiato" having no foam or CARAMEL drizzle (just a vanilla latte at that point). To top it all of the large caramel macchiato had no sleeve on it and was not made extra hot, again this completely goes against policy due to safety and general quality concerns. The drinks were all clearly made ahead of time, but for deliveries they should be made when the driver is there, not 10 minutes ahead to avoid things like ingredient separation.
OK but why when I go in the morning do I have to start moving chairs and tables out to be able to sit down, it puts me off ,why don't the staff arrange chairs into place etc before opening to public ,it's not very inviting , please do better

No stars I'm afraid, early morning coffee on opening first here. Collection area was filthy, seating areas where filthy too should of already been cleaned before opening. Coffee was awful too.First time here and I'm afraid the last.Food and drink serveries should of been cleaned either after closing or before opening either way you don't want to see yesterday's food all over the chairs when your the first customer in.FYI the only way to submit is by having to give a star but certainly not deserving of it
