“Arrived early before opening but was quickly met with a member of staff opening the door as it was raining outside.
We were seated quickly and were helped by our host Stuart who recommended a great bottle of red wine. Started with the seafood tapas board - absolutely divine and such great fresh quality seafood. Followed by the Sunday roast sharing board, again, everything flavoured to perfection with sublime cuts of meat.
Finished with the sticky toffee amorara bomb and the South African tart with an Irish coffee to accompany - WOW!
The girls were fantastic and very attentive. We will be back! Thank you ?”

“What a great find. We're camping just along the road and thought we'd eat at this pub - absolutely superb food, very reasonably priced to say its top quality restaurant standard, and the landlord is friendly, efficient, and keeps a very good pint! We're going back again this evening without a doubt!! This is how a good pub and food should be done - thank you!! Jane & Adrian.”
