Been looking for a good Indian takeaway for years, ( tried loads but never been back to any of them ) was recommended Ashiana by a friend who lives in Long Bennington.We have just had an amazing meal from here and would recommend to anyone ?The establishment is so clean and welcoming, staff very polite and friendly, and although I turned up too early the food was ready for the time I asked for.Delicious food and will definitely be having more curry’s from hereA++++++++++++++Thank...read full review

I live in a village 10 minutes from Long Bennington and have been okay eating a, now closed down, Indian for a decade, a short walk from home. I am annoyed that I have only just discovered Ashiana in Long Bennington. I recognised the name from often passing their lovely looking restaurant near Newark on the A1. Being a regular visitor to Ashiana, on this occasion I fancied something different but not sure what. So after a quick conversation with the manager, a Lamb Shatkora was recommended. What an amazing dish, such a rich sauce with lots of flavours without being to hot. Coupled with some really tender and tasty lamb it certainly was an excellent recommendation. I will certainly be ordering this one again.
