The hot chocolate was weak not chocolate at all but a syrup ... the muffin fell to pieces ! No loo roll in toilet ! Paper cups to eat in ! saying too much washing up !!COSTA ...all the way and for me and its cheaper !

The woman who serviced me was very rude and unfriendly.
I can't say I enjoyed my experience. I normally prefer Costa, but stopped by, out of convenience. My partner and I was served by Sarah. Sarah was rude. Sarah asked all the right questions but seemed to have a short tolerance and when I asked for my order to be changed. I was brushed aside as she spoke to my partner instead, making th encounter arkward for both of us. I had a frappe, it was okay. More like ice chips with milk or like when you drink all the juice out of a slushie. The price was higher than adveage for 2 drinks so I'll just stick to cost from now on.

So after a couple more visits I actually quite like this Starbucks now. Before it was quite bland and honestly quite dirty.Over the last year or so they seem to have got on top of everything. The staff seem much better as well.
