Asked for staff recommendations for a birthday drink and was pleasantly surprised when they didn't pick the most expensive drink on the menu but by far one of the best drinks I've ever tasted. Most the younger staff were stood chatting and giggling amongst themselves whilst leaving the more experienced to do everything from take orders, prepare food and drinks and wipe down
Always preferred Starbucks to costa.Glad we have one in scunthorpe.Chilled, no fuss, minimilstic setting could do with some sort of feature or just something unique to draw peoples attention and give them something to look at; it does have really boring decor.The drink is worth it. Charging ports and wifi for customers. Nice touch.Not usually a long wait. Nice toasties and desserts. Hazelnut hot chocolate for me all the way.

So after a couple more visits I actually quite like this Starbucks now. Before it was quite bland and honestly quite dirty.Over the last year or so they seem to have got on top of everything. The staff seem much better as well.
