“Went here today (12/11/23) as a party of 6 for breakfast. Placed the order etc and all good until the food came. 5 of the 6 turned up and until we mentioned we were waiting for the 6th no one seemed to be even aware that one dish was missing. Waitress apologised but the 6th dish didn’t come until after most had finished their whole meals. Told the waitress to inform the management that this was unacceptable. Most managers would then make a point of coming across and apologising themselves, but nothing. It’s almost like the waiting on staff are that young they don’t really know how to react and for me since this place won the food award the customer service seems to have declined!! Real shame as the food is pretty much great each time we eat here. Maybe a lessons learnt exercise??”
