November 2023Sorry Ruby's, you took 35 minutes for 3 bags of chips, a battered sausage, nuggets, a pineapple fritter and some curry sauce. After waiting for an eternity seeing people who ordered after me leave well before me, I then find the sausage is barely battered, the curry sauce was like water and most of the chips weren't fully cooked. I'd have been better driving to Sleaford as we normally do. Very poor indeed. Not sure what the awards are for, but in this experience I cant say you deserve them.

Excellent fish and chips cooked fresh, well priced and worthy of the awards they have won. The portions are also well sized, just make sure you're hungry if you order a large!!

Staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is top quality, never had a bad meal in all the time I've been going (which is at least once a week). Highly recommend!!

Lovely fish and chips, great quality for the lunch special and value for money. Didn't eat the mushy peas as they looked very luminous green, something is obviously added to enhance colour.
