Disabled friendly. Parking in public car park behind buildings, accessed via Victoria Street. (Free with blue badge). Restaurant gave a friendly welcome, we booked a table over the phone as the online one didn't seem to go through. Asked about GF, the wheat rice is not, but could have potatoes or chips. We stuck to lamb chunks/ chicken meat on scewers, or King prawns, which came with salads and the wheat which we asked to be left off our plate, and we had 6 sides for for the 4 of us. Had 2 x side of lamb chops, 2x seasonal veg, 1 hallumi, 1x asparagus. The lamb was delightful. Table water and soft drinks. Just over £100. Good value. Need to ask if option of no MSG as I think there was some cause I'm sensative, but forgot. Very pleasant experience, best option around for our requirements. Would go again but only in the area for a funeral so not likely to go again, but I would recommend.Parking: Look on Google maps for Victoria Street car park and walk down the alley by dominoes Piza, I'm from out of town and we managed to find parking behind the buildingsWheelchair accessibility: One was on crutches, but small wheelchair would be possible. Extra table given to us to give choice of bench with back support or chair seats. Very happy, table near back where it was warmer on this windy day.

The chicken was truly raw, we had our main dishes brought to us with no cutlery so we waited a little and then had to go ask. The staff were constantly coming one after another. We asked for some sort of sauces and they brought us the most smallest pots of ketchup and mayo and charged us 50p each for them?

Since this place has changed hands it has gone down hill quickly . Twice i have had a bad experience now. The first time i had a bad experience this was the steak i ordered for £25 , it was a minute steak worth about £2 boiled rather than cooked . The rest of the food was poor and not much better . The second time we came across the new front of house manager a woman, i’ve never encountered such poor service, when challenged about the poor food and service she became abusive . I’ve since hear from many people this a common theme . The previous owners built up a great reputation to be ruined , i advise people to try elsewhere as this restaurant does not even deserve 1 star !!!!

Great food, great staff! Would recommend to anyone! There kinder Bueno waffle was the best dessert I've ever tasted! INCREDIBLE!

First visit to this Restaurant and I will definitely be a regular customer now! I was put off first of all by the fact that they dont have a liquor license and you have to take your own drink, but actually taking your own works out so much cheaper! The food is absolutely delicious, huge choice and very reasonably priced. Service was great, lovely polite and friendly ladies.

Rustic is my favourite place to order from, the food always arrives piping hot and on-time. We ordered the first time a year ago as they were closing and they still accepted our order but forgot a salad, when we called up a staff member delivered it personally even though it was out of hours. Always seems to be plenty of food. We've eaten at the restaurant once and they don't serve alcohol however you can pay a set price to byo. We couldn't finish the large mix grill between 4 people but the staff very kindly offered to package it up for us to take home. The mocktails and milkshakes are amazing.

The employees were lovely and welcoming and the service was prompt. The food was BEAUTIFUL and we left STUFFED. I’d say these meals were fairly priced considering the quantity of food you get and it all tasted superb. We had the Chicken Casserole (which had a perfect kick to it) and the Halloumi and Vegetable Skewers (the combination of all the vegetables was astounding). To finish the evening, although we were already full, we didn’t believe it would be fair to leave without trying a dessert! We opted for the Blissful Brownie Pancakes, a perfect stack of 5 pancakes with strawberries and brownie pieces in EVERY layer. It was a perfect balance and combination of flavours in our opinion. We will Definitely return, thank you so much.

If you have never eaten here, you should.Both our (rib-eye) steaks were cooked to perfection, and I mean perfection! Good portion size too.We had full waffles for deserts and they, too, are gorgeous.Friendly, polite service and overall it was a fantastic evening out. Will definitely be returning...Amazing!
