Taking on board what other reviews have said about Istanbul restaurant being scruffy etc. It is probably not the sort of place you would take your family and friends for a big night out, however if you fancy something decent for the price of a take away this is a great place to visit. Food is what to be expected. Home cooked. Great staff, very friendly. Had a home feel experience. The food itself was delicious, we were offered home cooked lentil soup packed with flavour, other options available off menu and was home cooked stews (will be trying these next). All in all will be coming back again and again.
