“We visited Stamford and stopped for a coffee in this cafe. While we were inside the rain started so a guy who was working behind bar offered us an umbrella. It was so kind of him and we so touched! I would like to thank him again if he's reading this message! Highly recommend this place as the stuff really cares about their customers.”

“Went through Stamford on the way from Yorkshire to Suffolk, and had seen a good review for bacon sandwiches. So we went. I did say I was there for a good bacon sandwich, and apparantly it started when an Australian tourist complimented the cafe on a fantastic English bacon butty. Today (Tuesday) the bacon butty lived up to expectations and infact exceeded them due to hidden butter and fantasticly fresh doorstep bread, salty thick bacon....nom. I watched as tables were served in strict order and other dishes looked loaded and generous, and, the cafe inside the Corn Exchange amongst independent shops, was busy with, I assume locals, chatting in groups. “I popped in a few Sundays ago, and the young girl Megan helped me choose a drink based on what I like and talked me through all the alternative milks and made my drink herself. Best coffee I've ever had and will definitely be back again, fabulous place, very clean and staff are lovely!”
