Sunday 25th Feb, just enjoyed a lovely meal at the Crown and Anchor, one Sunday roast and on scampi and chips, plus an excellent pint. Both service and value for money was as good as we have experienced in resent months.Give it a try.
This was our first visit to the Crown and anchor and have to say what a little gem the place is. Staff are polite and professional. Food was really good and well priced. The service was excellent. Very nice relaxed atmosphere. Dog friendly. Definitely recommend a visit. Keep up the good work!

Didn't eat on this occasion, just stopped off for drinks. They always have a fair range of guest ales that i like to drink. Have dined there several time's over the year's and have never been disappointed with food or service, so I would recommend.
