Was recommend by friends who had also stayed in the area. Attempted to purchase a bacon and cheese roll to take away on a quiet Sunday afternoon. They sell bacon rolls, and cheese, but were not willing to combine the two - was told adamantly they wouldn't do it *shrugs* weirdos.

This is an absolute jem of a place. If you are wanting too feel special and a little step back in time, then look no further. You will most definitely not be disappointed. The food is sublime, and the service from the staff is seriously incredible. Their manners and general etiquette are awesome. The whole ethos of the tearooms is a wonderful experience. This is by far one of the best places I have had the privilege of visiting. A massive thank you to all the staff.

Had lunch here while sat outside in a pleasant spring sunshine. The location is picturesque and the seating area is clean and tidy. The food was delicious and the service was quick. Would come again for a light bite!

We initially navigated to this place for lunch as I thought reviews said about dogs welcome, and we could park right outside. The parking was OK (on the lane outside, although a little muddy) but it appears dogs cannot go inside nowadays. As it was a cold and breezy day, then not the most pleasant lunch seating outdoors, but I imagine in summer it is lovely. The staff were all welcoming straight away though, and acknowledged everyone ASAP, despite the place seeming busy. The food was surprisingly quick in arriving; whilst nice enough, it didn't wow us. The toasted bacon, brie and cranberry ciabattas were ordered without the bacon, but sadly no less cost and no extra brie, in fact it was hard to find any brie in at all, so tasted like a toasted jam sandwich for a tenner (with chips and salad). I imagine eating here in summer or sat inside without the dog would have scored a higher review, based on the lively sounds of customers inside, and the friendliness of the staff.

Good experience, would have been better if dogs were allowed in on hard floor area.

Alway love visiting this place great selection on the menu, always prepared nicely and served with a smile, lovely polite and jolly staff,If I had one small negative against the place then I would say if you're a "larger" person then don't go for one of the booth tables as the seating can be a tight fit...But overall love the food and atmosphere, o and the burger is huge!! ?

No substitutions. If you don't eat potatoes or rice then they don't offer vegetables in place but charge extra. No omelette or egg options. Pretty basic Lincolnshire menu.Dietary restrictions: Not suitableDoesn't accommodate intolerance. Without. Free fromGreasy, carb heavy food

Been before but not having booked was unable to get a table. Booked this time, in and classy place, staff, seating, infrastructure, then even better, the food. Annoyed that I've missed it before!! Shan't miss it again, right quality at the right price.Parking: Some space 50yds down the road towards the Kinema.

Lovely place just away from the centre of Woodhall Spa. Nice food, pleasant staff. There is parking, but it's worth a short walk through the eponymous wood.

I have been here many times with ex colleagues for both breakfasts & lunches, most recently a lunch. I had Chicken, Bacon Caesar Salad followed by a Bailey's desert. Both were devine.
