It's an absolute disgrace that this branch isn't open on at all on a Saturday. Not everyone can get to the bank during the week because they work unsociable hours. You just don't care!

Shocked and insulted by personal questions they demanded answers to and proof of why I wanted to withdraw large cash amount. None of their business as it is MY cash but had to go home and produce documentary evidence as to why I wanted the cash. I was totally unimpressed

My partner banks with Natwest and always states how lovely and helpful the staff are there never seems to be much of a que so I guess they all happy with the service they are provided with.

i wanted to open an account with Natwest few months ago, and for some reason they asked me to open bank account with different bank. weird

Waiting time to be seen by a customer service representative is far too long! Doesn't help when they only have 2 operators!

Worse branch I've ever dealt with. Spoke to like rubbish after bringing up mistakes they had made updating my address weeks earlier, then told they can't help me. May have just caught the person having a tough day but walked out biting my tongue.

Online it said they close at 4pm but when I go there at 1pm it said they closed at 12:00 am

Visited about a month ago. I had already had a hectic morning and was in a rush that day. I asked to put cash into my account and while this was happening I asked the cashier to also confirm that I had cancelled a standing order which I had done on the app a couple of days before. The conversation went like this... Cashier: "you know it can be done on the app, the app is amazing" Me: "I've already used it thanks" Cashier: "it's really good though, would you like someone to show you how to use the app?" Me: "no thanks I already know how to use it" Cashier: *rolls her eyes at me* All I wanted was to cash in my money, confirm a cancelled standing order and go to work. I tried to keep my cool because every time I come into a NatWest branch the staff are always raging about how amazing the app is. I know it's good, I use it when I need to.
