I asked to put cash into my account and while this was happening I asked the cashier to also confirm that I had cancelled a standing order which I had done on the app a couple of days before. highly recommended I needed advice on credit cards/loans/overdrafts and the staff and senior adviser were fantastic. very friendly and professional. they live up to their motto- helpful banking

My partner banks with Natwest and always states how lovely and helpful the staff are there never seems to be much of a que so I guess they all happy with the service they are provided with.
