We had used Noya as a takeaway/delivery in the past, and the quality had been excellent. Finally we got to go there and we were not disappointed. The food is excellent, as is the service. The waiting staff were attentive but not in your face. We will definitely be going again soon ?

Used to be our favorite restaurant but not anymore. The chicken and halloumi kebab was extremely dry. It was just pita bread, grilled chicken and grilled halloumi, no dressing nothing on the top, completely dry and horrible. You do get a yogurt dip as a side but the kebab itself was so dry that I couldn’t eat half of it. Not sure what has changed as it wasn’t like this before ??

Had the best food at Noya. I was really shocked as to how good it was being at the location it is but it was great. I was also greeted by such a lovely hostess with short dark hair, I was a littlw worried about what to order and she recommeded some brilliant dishes. Defo recommend.

No one came and asked if we would like drinks for about twenty minutes so I went to the Bar to get a list of drinks. Also collecting our food order took a long time and just as I was about to get up and request service the Manager directed a waitress to our table. Other than that the food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.
Popular Turkish restaurant with very pleasant staff and a nice atmosphere about the place. Good menu choice & food quality. Very enjoyable evening.

Pre ordered at lunch time (1230) for a 1830 delivery for a family meal a couple of Saturdays ago. Bearing in mind we have a toddler who also has her tea at 1830 and then bath and bed for 1930. So the tables set, daughters foods ready for 1830 and we’re waiting just waiting for the door to knock with our food, 10 minutes goes by so i just rang the restaurant to see where it was at and was told it was out for delivery and to expect it in 10 minutes, (not the end of the world) another 10 minutes goes by, at this point my daughters finished her tea and is getting bored, no point bathing her yet as our food should be here any second right? It’s been 20 minutes now, still nothing. Daughters getting even more irritated and tired and both doing our best to keep her happy and entertained, whilst also starving! It gets all the way to 1915 (45 minutes after arranged delivery time) and still nothing at this point, no courteous phone call with an update, nothing. I call the restaurant again to see where the food is at and they say it has just left with the delivery driver and it’ll be with you in 10 minutes. Hang on, I was told 35 minutes ago the exact same thing? it was already meant to be out for delivery? So either I got lied too, or the food has been sat in a car this whole time, or it hasn’t left the restaurant at all and that’s just a lie to keep us happy-ish, who knows. 1930, still no food. Call the restaurant again and ask to speak with a manager, I get an apology over the phone and had my number taken down and was told they would call me to try and fix their mistake the next day (assume to offer me something as a sorry for the ruined evening). Food eventually comes at 1945 (an hour and 15 mins after the pre order time) delivery lady very apologetic. Trying to eat our tea then with a tired and irritated toddler who just wants a bottle and bed and can’t relax, tantrums the lot & the Luke warm, dry food isn’t how we expected/wanted our Saturday night to end up. The excuse for food being so late was “we’re 3x busier than usual tonight” … well that’s the reason you pre order in advance isn’t it? to make sure your food comes for the time you want it to? … oh and no one got back to us after asking for my details. Overall awful experience, awful customer service.

Table for 3 booked for 18:00, seated next to kitchen and bar area, ordered starters which took nearly 40 mins to arrive but in the 40 minutes we were waiting the kitchen was a hive of activity so I was puzzled as to why we were waiting so long.. realised that the kitchen was cooking for delivery and pick up orders first.. this surprised and angered me.. In my opinion customers that have made the effort and are sitting waiting in the restaurant should be given priority.. ours wasn’t the only table waiting ages either.. when food did arrive it was lovely.. but don’t think I’ll visit again
