Service was top-notch, staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the location is central to the North West of England and Wales with the motorway close by. We will be going back!

Conveniently located hotel in the Wirral. Nice friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Excellent bed as seems to be the Premier Inn way.

2nd visit, warm and comfortable and only a short walk to Greasby town and there are buses right outside for both directions. The food was nice and the portions were certainly big enough, a nice choice of local beers were available too.The car park was reasonable and I believe there are more spaces to the rear of the property. In particular if you're staying at the attached premier Inn, which is attached so you can walk from your room to the pub via the lobby.

Long delay in checking in. They blamed it on go slow computer, personally I thought the receptionist was at fault. Rooms have deteriorated and now Travelodge appear to be slightly better. Breakfast menu was poor and very slow service.

Called in on the off chance for dinner we were early and the place was empty, so Tuesdays no need to book.I opted for fish and chips. Although pleasant, you could taste the oil they were fried in, especially the chips. Hubby opted for fajitas, which he enjoyed, and for dessert, we opted for sharing plate which had 4 small desserts and a scoop of ice cream. It was filling and delicious. Our server was polite and efficient so no problems there.
Some may say "boring", but I say dependable and there are no surprises. The room is lovely and breakfast in the attached Green King pub was more than enough and cooked to order. Don't forget the free WiFi!

Very friendly staff who go the extra step. Conveniently located near main road. Nice sizeable and well decorated pub adjacent. Room was fairly modern but let down by sizeable amount of mould in the bathoom walls and a few broken fixtures in the room (bed lamps). Plenty of parking.
