Wirral Egg run day is good although always chocker, great little band on outside, plenty of outside seating good atmosphere even for children, dogs welcome, prices are not bad wines a little more expensive.Would recommend has good views on a clear day.
It does have a cafe but haven't eaten, so won't comment. Pub is a great friendly place with regulars from a cross section of the community. Known as a long standing bikers pub, is popular with dog walkers and families in summer. Live music regularly.

I mostly use the cafe after a dog walk. It's undergone improvements. I always find a welcoming member of staff and reasonably priced, quality food. A nice treat!! Especially Bob's coffees!
