I came in today for a mum treat while waiting for a shop to open Beautiful coffee and sandwich I was just disappointed in the customer service It wasn’t busy but no hello or welcome No info on what to do when I’d ordered First time going to a costa so do I sit or do I wait for the order? And no thank you or goodbye at end of getting my order I don’t want to get anyone into trouble but wasn’t cheap and I felt meh about the whole experience I don’t be using costa again...read full review
Really friendly staff and classic Costa experience.Very relaxed environment and friendly staff who can deal with the more challenging customers easily and professionally.They have an access code now for their toilets that can be found on your receipt. This is so only customers can use the toilets and to stop them from being abused and left in a mess so much.The council need to build toilets in that area of the town centre to remove the lack-of-toilets problem which puts a strain...read full review

Great variety of beverages and such as you would expect, very well made too. Nice simple food options including toasties and small cakes.Friendly and approachable staff members inside of a very nice, peaceful building and very atmospheric in terms of its design.Parking: Parking about a minute or less walk away from the building.
