Really nice restaurant, the arrabbiata was really good! Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. It was a nice touch having a jug of water. I’d definitely recommend going!

I tried pasta bolognese and arrabbiata. Both were tasteless and very wet! I don’t recommend.

Eat here whenever we're going to the Philly. Nice atmosphere even when it's quiet, good service and pleasant staff. Prices are competitive.

What a great place for quality pizzas crammed with toppings. One of the nicest I've had in years and reasonably priced too for the size. Highly recommend the

Wasn’t told about the lunch deal even though I went within the timeframe. Why have a promotion if you don’t really want people to use it. Outside of the lunch deal it’s really overpriced (£15.50) for a rather blah pizza. I got the Quattro one where the anchovies and capers together weren’t balanced at all. Plus they charged me compulsory gratuity. Wouldn’t waste my time going there.

Had a very tasty meal ( lamb flatbread), good atmosphere in the restaurant, good service. All in all will definitely return.

Nicely done pizza and pides, friendly, just-chatty-enough service, ideal location, directly opposite the Phil - ideal for pre-gig food.

Very busy when we were there, but service was very good and we were shown to our table quickly. I am making allowances for the fact it was so busy for the lack of apology from the waitress who juggled my drink spilling some onto the floor and then not cleaning it up when she brought me a replacement drink. Food was excellent and we will go again next time we are going to the theatre.

Great choice of food especially on 3 courses for £20. Portions are big and food is tasty. Staff are friendly and I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely pre theatre meal. Food was delicious, although the houmus portion was tiny and we had to ask for more. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Recommended.

Most of the tables were pre-booked for people attending a Concert by The Massed Bands of HM King Royal Marines. The restaurant appeared to be fully booked. We were greeted by smiles and each reserved table had the menu and drinks list already in place, Accompanied with a carafe of water and the appropriate number of glasses. The pissas were perfect, with thin crusts and ample fillings. The sweet, tiramisu was so light and beautifully presented. One of my favourite Italian wines Montepulciano was the right temperature and price. The waiter and waitress who looked after us were very pleasant and had ready wit. The whole experience set us up for a fabulous concert. We are booked in for New Years Eve, to eat before the James Bond Concert.

Disappointing service. Menu handed to us but no details of offers! Embrassing when charged£10 per cocktail despite offer 2for15… staff rude and obnoxious! Food tasted lovely.

We booked dinner two nights for our well earned concert stay in Liverpool. The food on both nights was very good with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very good. We enjoyed gamberoni, lamb flat bread, arabattia, which were all excellent with unique spice. Followed with excellent desserts. On the second night we had cause to take issue over a bottle of wine delivered to us that was not what we had chosen although a waiter had poured us a glass each which was promptly taken away. This did not go down well with the person who originally sold us the wine although he did promptly correct it. We were a bit taken aback with the high bill at the end of the night but thought it was due to having desserts. On returning to our hotel we looked at both bills and we noticed a £8.50 Gratuity charge and £8.50 service charge in total £17 on top of our bill and took note that on the previous nights bill there was no such charges. Very puzzling and maybe we should have questioned the bill on the night but we are trusting people and we were on a leisurely weekend break. Enjoy the food and ambience but watch out for extra costs on bill .
