It was my daughter's moving-in day at university, after a day of driving unpacking, and getting settled in. We went for something to eat in quite late on. We had cod & chips with two lovely mugs of hot tea . The staff were great, friendly welcoming place and we will be back as it was such a nice place with lovely people and great food.

Fish and Chips tasted excellent. Cooked to order. Fish batter light and crispy and fish very fresh. Went back next night half hour before they were closing. Owner agreed to let us sit in even though they were closing soon. Beef Chow Mein delicious and Fish and Chips as excellent as night before. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely go back if in the area.

This is the first restaurant I ate at after arriving in the UK, and I will always remember it for the heartwarming experience. The staffs are genuinely friendly and very welcoming. (Also happens to be the place I got called "love" for the first time. It's a big deal for non British peops. I can never pull that off).On the first day, I visited with two of my friends and I had veg fried rice, and the quantity was insanely large. Today, I visited again and had a cheese burger while my friend ordered a combo meal. I finished the burger and helped my friend finish the meal. So if you're visiting, be prepared & bring your spare tummy.On both occasions, the food tasted good and I will surely be visiting again. They also have a surprisingly huge variety of dishes in the menu.Highly recommended ??.Vegetarian options: Do specify if you don't want egg in your dish, because they do serve veg fried rice with scrambled egg.

Visited Liverpool and went to this Takeaway and diner. We got fish & chips and done kebabs. Food was very well made and the customer service was top class. Owner came and chatted with us and was very helpful and pleasant.
