Terrible. Used to be a lovely little place but last few times I’ve ordered from here food has been ridiculously late. Last night food came it was stone cold, parts of order missing. Called for a refund refused. Don’t waste your time here.

Rang the restaurant 3 times to see where my order was, I waited 2 hours for my food to get delivered cold, when I spoke to the restaurant he said “ I’m still waiting on a delivery driver” I then contacted Uber eats and spoke to one of their advisors and they couldn’t get in contact with the restaurant after all a terrible experience with the service, I would not recommend to anyone, I had a portion of chips missing the burger was near enough pink the chips were still frozen!

Waited 2 hours for food, when the food finally arrived it was freezing cold, half the order missing. Rang the restaurant for them to say we haven’t got enough drivers to send out the other half of your order. I mentioned the food was cold and the answer I received was ‘well it’s been a nightmare here tonight’ not good enough. Poor customer service, extra long wait times and cold food. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! to start the food was late and freezing cold. Ordered at 7.10 said 30-50min but it arrived at 8.45. Then the worst part is there was a hair in a box of wings.I’ve seen how many orders their drivers take, they have multiple orders on the same trip and they are not close to one another so if your delivered to last your food is ruined. A driver has even complained to the staff about this months ago so they are aware but simply dont care.Im also sure they have changed their boneless chicken because they look much smaller now. I used to be a regular customer but this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. It actually became consistent so i stopped ordering for a while. Tonight just reminded me exactly why i dont use this place anymore.

I ordered at 2pm it arrived at 6pm!! I called countless times and they said they were busy and it would arrive soon. We let it go cause they said they only had one driver however when the driver finally arrived we didn’t even get an apology and the driver had such an attitude. The food is always delicious but the service isn’t the best unfortunately

Haven't ordered from here for a while and I usually get the boneless chicken wings which I ordered today and i won't be ordering again £7 for basically 7 chicken nuggets that's how small they are not to mention ordered white chocolate brownies and got Oreo brownies instead. They only had to call to explain that to us and we could of tole them nobody wanted a Oreo Brownie. Oh well £40 down the drain cheers

I have tried all 4 shops now and love them all and staff friendly and efficient, just simply have to try the original buffalo wings and the chicken burgers are off the scale good!

We are on vacation and we found this perfect little place. I got the Original Buffalo Tenders, they have different degrees of hotness. Thinking about trying the Buffalo 911 ? The Tenders are nice, fresh and tender. They have a nice kick to them but nothing crazy. The Cajun FF were very good. A perfect amount of sprinkled seasoning. The workers were very friendly. I will definitely be going back there while we are still here!!!

Absolutely disgusting, got a delivery, Food was warmed up, no meat on the chicken wings at all. Got a chicken wrap which was soggy and 2 milkshakes which where average.. Foe £22.50 thought it was a disgrace. Won't be ordering from here again.

Order didn't arrive in the allotted time slot given, turned up 15 mins after a phone call which was well after the food was meant to arrive, to which by then the food was definitely going to be cold. Turned it away once it arrived as I'm not paying for cold food which was meant to be delivered about an hour earlier, I wouldn't mind but I order from here quite regularly and this was the nail in the coffin, I won't order from here anymore and I know a few other that won't either because of it. Each to their own, the food is great when you get it hot but on this occasion it just wasn't good enough service and for that it gets 1* throughout as it shouldn't have taken 2 hours to cook and deliver a simple menu.

The taste is always either bland or unpleasant and the service itself.. well.. it’s absolutely abysmal.Dodge this place if you care about your money and don’t want to be ripped off.

Bein a customer for 10+ years regularly used to visit this place however over last year the place has went downhill foods always cold even when you collect from store ask them to make it again an they dip ur chicken in fryer comes out soggy the girl on the till needs training on customer skills and some respect talking about other customers and other staff when they leave specifically the blonde one with her lips done can’t miss her double chin sticks out for miles think she needs to lay of the chicken an the oil lip filers ,Neil(owner) has dramatically let this place go down over the years hopefully he could take it back to its once well named food establishment.

I ordered £25 worth of food which took over an hour and a half to come with only a chips and milkshake arriving. When calling back I was told that my food would be brought back asap. After waiting another hour I rang back to ask about my food and was told very rudely by a member of staff from the kitchen that I was lying and that she had put everything in my order. Shocking customer service and now left with barely any of the food previously ordered. Will not be ordering from here again.

Countless time of ringing, only to be told ‘it’s on its way’ in the end, told the girl to ring the driver.Only for the driver to turn up and not even apologise.Ordered food at 7:15 and food ordered at 9:10! Only ordered a wrap and a burger.Will never order from here ever again.

Absolutely abysmal service and attitude from staff. Waited two hours for my order and it arrived cold. Had to travel to the store to have the order replaced. Food was ok afterwards. If you're hungry and want your food within a reasonable time, order from someone else.
