I’m not one to write negative reviews cause I myself work in hospitality, but I’ve came to kfc I’ve ordered my food , before I got my food I requested my chicken to be a drumstick and thigh to me the other chicken is very dry , why did I still not gotten what I asked for , went up to the lady who served me and she didn’t do anything about it , contact the manager and he said he don’t do customise orders which is ridiculous cause that is the first I’ve heard that from any kfc I was truly disappointed in the end he swapped my chicken for ONE wing ! So all this back and forth didn’t get my order and I basically downgraded! Never coming backFries was dryDirty tables

Food is amazing if you can get it. My order took so long my body went into Ketosis. I've now got Abs and my cats wont sit on me anymore as I'm not as soft.HOUR AND FOURTY MINUTES. Looked on here. Live. LESS BUSY THAN USUAL? WHERES ME SCRANS BILL?Also. STARVING! And the banks holding my £20.

It's a nice kfc, I got to is just because it's the only halal one in Liverpool. It's messy some of the times but overall the restaurant and the staff working there are nice.
We went through the drive thru so didn't get to see what it was like inside. We did have to wait to get to the window but when we finally got to it we found a very helpful and pleasant assistant.

Probably the worst KFC I have been to throughout the world.The place is in a busy UK city and the staff can hardly speak English. Even the ones in deepest China speak better English than the staff that work there.

7/10 times great experience .2/10 times messed up orders1/10 time made us wait for more than 10 minutes just to take drive through order because they didn't notice us apparently .Halal .Overall great .

Wait times are completely unacceptable, on one visit I waited 45 minutes despite there being barely anyone in the building.Thought it was an extreme one off so went again, waiting another 30 minutes for a fillet burger meal.The dining room is always very dirty with food and wrappers all over the floors at any time of the day.The food (when it eventually arrives) is absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever which is why I have visited on multiple occasions.I can't give it more than a 2 due to the other above reasons sadly.
