Waiting for our food out front for a long time, even though the shop was empty. Fillet burger meal, no extra piece. Mighty bucket for 1 no extra fries. No straw, serviettes, nothing. Abysmal service and food.
Order bucket and we saw the bucket was ready but staff ignore us and did not give us the food. After 10min waiting and seeing the bucket, they give us and the girls was rude said chicken is still fresh. Why waiting all that time when they did not add anything extra? Bad customer

Went here today, restaurant smelt like wee which was coming from the mens toilet out into the eating area.Told the staff about it and they just looked at me.Some of our food was stone cold, took it back to have it changed for some rock hard boneless chicken !By far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to !!
