0 stars from us but google doesn’t do that so had to put 1, KFC Speke rd, 10 piece bucket with 9 drumsticks in. Then found human hairs all over the chicken, absolutely vile I will never go back again !!

Waited 10 mins in the drive through, watching all the aimless youngsters just chatting whilst 1 was cooking, eventually get home and the 10 piece variety meal only had 9 pieces?? No wonder there on minimum wage as they can’t even count! Hunts cross is the worst franchise I’ve been to !
Shockingly rude drive thru service. Very abrupt young man taking orders, no greeting, no common courtesy, no "please" or "thank you", despite me modelling this for him. Visted drive thru Saturday 6th January at 12.15. One vehicle in front, other than that, only one car came in after me, so can't blame his appalling bad manners on workload. Given 3 spoons to eat a box of popcorn chicken and a dipped bites portion. Obviously couldn't care less about his job. I'll go elsewhere in future, just to be treated with a bit of courtesy.

Service was impeccable as I used the self service machines and made sure to ask myself all the relevant questions to my order. Food was standard KFC. Gravy was piping hot which is always a plus. Burger seemed like it was constructed by a right handed person with 2 left hands.

I have just been to the drive through at the KFC SPEKE. Gave my order and got to the payment windows and asked the staff member to read aloud my order i placed which was the right order. I then got home to a completely different order that I placed. And on thinking back at the payment window I received my change with no receiptThis has happened numerous times and I'm very disappointed and angry. I urge anyone NOT to go there.

i’m sorry but the service here is absolutely horrendous ? i’m the only customer in the store and the staff are stood chatting. As a service industry worker I understand having a moment of rest but at least get the orders done whilst you are?? workers are stood hands on hips, leant against the counter, not even trying to complete our order. Our krushem was made about 10 minutes ago so is now going to be melted by the time our order is actually finished. ?
