i’m sorry but the service here is absolutely horrendous ? i’m the only customer in the store and the staff are stood chatting. As a service industry worker I understand having a moment of rest but at least get the orders done whilst you are?? workers are stood hands on hips, leant against the counter, not even trying to complete our order. Our krushem was made about 10 minutes ago so is now going to be melted by the time our order is actually finished. ?
Really disapointed Ordered family feast bucket expected to be happy with choice., however 6 drumsticks in a 10 piece family bucket was disappointing . It was not even busy so no excuse really. Be interesting to see i if I get

Service was impeccable as I used the self service machines and made sure to ask myself all the relevant questions to my order. Food was standard KFC. Gravy was piping hot which is always a plus. Burger seemed like it was constructed by a right handed person with 2 left hands.
