What an absolute joke, for the second time today I have had the wrong order with missing items, I finally got through to the McDonald's and spoke to a girl who claimed to be a manager, however didn't want to help me at all and then rudley put the phone down, if this how McDonald's management treat there customers especially when it is no fault of their own, i find this so rude, unacceptable especially being hung up on by the manager instead of trying to just resolve the issue.Who ever the person I spoke to this evening who claimed to be a manager, how rude you were, and I will be making an official complaint

Disgraceful service received today.. Very rude male member of staff and an inept management team that failed to deal with the problem / poor service or provide an appropriate resolution to the failures of her staff.. Staff haven’t a clue or are well trained.. Clearly couldn’t be bothered to action the problem or provide a resolution.. Will NOT be visiting this place again.. Very rude / extremely poor management experience from the female manager!!.. Avoid this place like the plague!!.. Crap experience.. Not the first time either - forever have missing items from this Formby branch on home delivery orders too!!..

Ordered via the app and waited an additional 15 minutes in the car park. They clicked that the food was delivered on the app 10 minutes before anyone came out to the car, likely to keep their times down.Gave me the wrong milkshake, clearly a yellow banana flavour one and lied to my face when I returned it saying it had been strawberry but they were low on syrup.The time before the chips were so old they had shrivelled.I've been here three times and had bad food or extremely slow service/been ignored.I'll go elsewhere from now on.
