I recently visited McDonald's and had a typical fast-food experience. The service was efficient, and the staff was courteous. The food was consistent with what you would expect from McDonald's, meeting the usual standards. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it's a reliable choice for a quick and familiar meal.
We went on a Saturday at about 6pm. One of the staff members asked a group of 3 teenagers to leave, saying that they needed the table. There were 4 available tables just in our section so I couldn't understand her urgency to get them out. They were not doing anything disruptive. They then asked for 5 more minutes to charge their phones. The staff member agreed and continued sweeping the floor, but only in the area of the teenagers as if she was trying to intimidate them. Not a good experience of this macdonalds. Ordered on the app, got given the wrong drinks, had to wait for new ones, parked up to check order and some of the food orders were wrong, drove away after getting them changed only to find no dip with the cheese bites, overall terrible
