I gave it a one because the tables upstairs were full of cups plates used customer's had to tidy there own sitting area. The toilets where a disgrace floors full of water no toilet roll toilet its self needed

Went to 2 different Starbucks in Liverpool as my daughter loves the place..not being a coffee lover I had breakfast tea. Friendly staff..comfy chairs and reasonably priced drinks.

Me and my partner came in and he ordered a large white mocha. I used my l1 discount and even with the discount it was still expensive. We was waiting for ages. A white mocha got made but it was a regular with a completely different name. It got made again, it was a large one but it was certainly not a white one. Service was shocking, so slow like they had all day. Several people standing around while one girl was serving and making drinks. He spends alot in here and also has the loyalty app. Very disappointing ?

Went in today to get myself and colleagues a collection order of 3 coffees. We ordered 2 of the waffle caramel iced lattees (very yummy) but they didn't have the waffle flakes on top. When I asked why they said they aren't doing that this year?? Iv ordered this drink in every other starbucks in Liverpool and they always do the waffle bits on top. Now my coffee just tastes of normal caramel.... don't usually leave negative reviews
The most disgusting toilets I have ever seen in my whole life. First one was bad enough that I wouldn't use, but then when I went into the second one there was blood all over the sink and seat. When mentioned to staff member she said they were " just so busy". I said you can't have toilets like that in a food establishment, esp when charging so much for a coffee. Def know where their priorities are and it's not keeping the place clean. Avoid.

I ordered a hazelnut Frappuccino and they forgot to add coffee on it i received milk with hazelnut syrup.There was also quite a big line but it was moving fast.

Coffee was excellent as were the staff. It threw me how expensive a panini was in here and then wasn't that good tbh. The music was also quite loud to have a conversation.
