Three stars because the girl who served me was very polite and friendly but that was the only plus. Grubby, dark and the table I sat at was clear of cups but very sticky and dirty. The table opposite me remained unclean for the 20 minutes I was there although there were at least 3 staff behind the counter with no queue. Really sorry I didn't brave the rain and walk up to Costa. Coffee was in a paper cup although I was staying in and wasn't very hot. Not a great experience.

Went in today to get myself and colleagues a collection order of 3 coffees. We ordered 2 of the waffle caramel iced lattees (very yummy) but they didn't have the waffle flakes on top. When I asked why they said they aren't doing that this year?? Iv ordered this drink in every other starbucks in Liverpool and they always do the waffle bits on top. Now my coffee just tastes of normal caramel.... don't usually leave negative reviews
