Member of their female staff (not sure of name) was so rude, and had no regard for customer service. Didn't have either of the two sauces I wanted despite it being 6pm and it's open late and instead gave me sauce I hadn't even asked for leaving my sandwich inedible.

Food: 2 stars since the prices increased, it was 3 stars before and wasn`t great even then. Service: Okay, 3 stars. Atmosphere: They still have ants crawling around for a while by now, so that`s 2 stars. 7:3= 2.3 / 2 stars it is. This is especially reflected after today when I ordered cappuccino, less than a minute after walking out the door I realised the milk is off. Went back politely asked for a new one, then the staff started, not arguing, but proving their point, and I said I wouldn`t have gone back if everything was okay with the milk. Then proceeded to give me a cappuccino made from the same milk, of course it was off as well and just binned it. I have been going to this subway for like 5-7 years by now. Time for a break for sure.

Order was very obviously for two vegetarians, so apparently it makes sense to replace potato wedges with chicken bites,Sandwiches were cold and not even wrapped up, fell apart as soon as I took them out of the bagVegetarian options: Replaced them with meat items

Seriously, sort your staff out.message to all the staff that work in this branch - if you don’t like dealing with people, look for another job we’re you don’t have to interact with the human race. This branch of subway needs closing down , the manners of the staff are appalling and just been overcharged for my lunch too.wouldn’t mind if it was just a one off but several times I’ve gone in and different staff members attitude have been disgraceful. Honestly, it costs nothing to be polite to someone especially when they’ve been polite to you.

The person serving me looked like a manager. I asked for an Italian bmt no cheese not toasted. He served me cheese and toasted. I asked him why he did that he said that "it was the same thing" and told me to take it. He was very rude.

I was here 5th August, 2021\\nThe lad who served me in the morning was extremely rude in all aspects. I was looking at the screens choosing the meal for less than a minute, he gave that stare like \\\" CAN YOU ORDER ALREADYYY!!. After, I chose my order before he break my neck, I ordered two sauces he was arguing why two sauces !!!. If you have problems solve them or at least keep them at home, do NOT throw them on the customers.\\nI am a frequent Subway customer since I was in Manchester 4 years ago, never ever encountered such awful attitude in my life. This branch is like 2 minutes walking from my flat, but definitely I am gonna think 100 times before visiting that branch with that guy serving. No wonder I was alone in that branch, that lad freaking people out from returning back to the branch.\\n- I saw many reviews a year ago complaining from the same guy and he is still in the branch ??\\n\\nIf you want to be threatened by the looks and got the worst service and experience ever visit this branch.
