Food: 2 stars since the prices increased, it was 3 stars before and wasn`t great even then. Service: Okay, 3 stars. Atmosphere: They still have ants crawling around for a while by now, so that`s 2 stars. 7:3= 2.3 / 2 stars it is. This is especially reflected after today when I ordered cappuccino, less than a minute after walking out the door I realised the milk is off. The disabled toilet (which belongs to subway) still smells disgusting. I visited two weeks ago and there is still no handwash soap in there. I got the other place next door to open up the other toilets. The staff aren't knowledgeable about what products are suitable for allergies and shoved a piece of paper in my face. I there on Monday 6th May around half 6. It was a mixed experience. The lad who served me, was so rude to the customer in front of me. English wasn't her first language and didn't understand some of things he said the first time round. When he had to repeat himself a few times, he gave other customers a look of 'can you believe I've got to deal with this?' It was extremely judgemental and entirely unprofessional.
