The last couple of times I’ve been to this subway I have been served by one particular gentleman who only provides a rude and blunt service. I understand not everyone enjoys their job but there’s no need to be blatantly rude to customers.

This is the worst Subway I've ever been to.There was nothing prepared. Only two members of staff who quite frankly did not want to be there, and it was cramped like you wouldn't believe!I couldn't get the bread I wanted, nor my second, third or fourth choice. I couldn't get the usual refill with the meal because the machine wasn't working.. I could go on.I'll never go again, do yourself a favour and walk down to the McDonald's if you're after fast food.Parking: The kudos for parking goes to Belle Vale shopping centre, not Subway.

Ordered for a delivery on ubereats. Made a slight mistake in the order, but ubereats told me to contact the subway.Tried calling twice, ringing for ages, no answer. Everything's of decent quality, but I'd have preferred to not have my call ignored

boss place. its good to know some subways put the CRISP in potato crispers. not to mention the people working there are proper sound. It goes a long way.

As soon as we entered the door we were greeted with an unwelcoming shout from a pink / blonde sales assistants behind the sand which counter. She said we don’t have time for you we have other orders to make, but then she later followed with come back in 5 mins. The way she rambled to begin with was rather harsh and rude. Even though we were startled we left and came back with the hopes of a more positive returns I Went on to purchase a subway with one of the vouchers from a booklet given to me on my last visit to a different subway branch. The woman behind the till asked for it before I even said my order, she told me I couldn’t have a cookie, even thought it says you can on the voucher and they have them in store. She then proceeds with mine and my partners orders. I asked for all salad options and she barely put 2 items from each box onto my footlong and she huffed and moaned at each step. Then at the till she let my boyfriend have a cookie ?… and didn’t even take the voucher off. She acted like she put the info in the till but we still paid full price for 2 footlong meal deals! Overall we found the service very rude and our sandwiches disappointing. I will not be visiting this site again, would definitely go out of my way just to use a different subway in the future

Can get a vegetarian and vegan subs and the sandwiche for £1 =29 was reasonable
