Really good restaurante to have lunch/dinner or just try good local beers (they have so many!).We enjoyed both dishes but the lentils were really awesome.They also have scouse in case somebody wants to try.Definitely worth it to try.100% recommended!

Overcharged and disrespected by staff .

Great atmosphere, but cook totally uninterested in customer comfort. Not prepared to do veg instead of chunky chips, which were badly done. Mushy peas were puré not mushy, tartatare was OK except one of us got all the onions. Fish was not top quality.Beer good. Food suffered from cook's greater desire to fiddle with phone than satisfy a customer.It was steak Wednesday but they ran out of steak by 7.30.The cook needs to go back to college and do customer care course. In 6 years of a low carb diet, the Ship and Mitre is the first restaurant across Europe not to oblige me.

i’m drafting my top 3 guinness this weekend to celebrate st patrick’s day and there’s a high chance this makes the list.also the chipotle fries the first 10/10 meal i’ve had in over five years. i have high standards.

100% the best pub in the world & I’ve been to a few 1000 all over the world. It’s even better now they have an amazing chef as well. An absolute must go to pub. Atmosphere great, customers great (never seen any trouble in there) beer epic, literally the biggest selection I’ve ever seen) and lovely staff.
