Food is spot on but, as of recent (past 4 months) service has dipped. Ordered food and 1hr 25mins later still hadn't turned up. Rang to get an update and the usual spiel of "it's on its way" was used. Given its 30 seconds from the house I gave them 10 mins and it still hadn't turned up. I arrive at the takeaway to find they hadn't even started cooking it... hopefully this is just a blip because the past 4 years has been spot on.
Normally spot on, one of the meals didn't arrive as it went in someone else's apparently from what they said. So we had to go back and it messed the night. Can't fault the flavour and quality but the portions were really miserable compared to normal. Really disappointed. 6 little pieces of chicken in my vindaloo. The rest of the company also said really tight portions, not like that for the last 6 or so visits. Cost of living I guess. I will be trying elsewhere next time.

Used desi touch for years, best Indian takeaway I’ve had. Never had a problem with the food always been amazing. Went today both curries were watery and extremely bland, hardly any meat in the curry. Everything else was okay. Change of ownership?
