Failed to deal with the ommission from our order. Ordered on line and paid for delivery so we could relax with a drink. Onion bajis missing from the order. Called immediately. They suggested we could collect them which defeats the point of us having paid for delivery. The food is nice but with queries you can only call them and they were unhelpful.
I had an absolutely gorgeous meal (& yummy starters), it was so good in fact, that I thought I was at my favourite Indian restaurant in Blackrod, Bolton - that is just how scrumptious the meal was!!! The staff were pleasant & it is the nicest Indian takeaway that I have ever been to & would happily go to again & recommend. Ordered for pickup, when I got home there were items missing, rang to tell them, I was told if I wanted them, they wouldn't be sending them out with the delivery man. TBH it wasn't a very good balti, had far better from others in the area. Won't be returning.
