Extremely pricey for St Helens but great food and service, not sure it is good value for money at over £100 to feed 4 people and with a single drink . I suppose if you are going to starve yourself and then gorge out you’l get your moneys worth.
We were disappointed that all the meats were not being served due to the restaurant being quiet. We were a party of 11. Also items on salad bar ran out at 7pm but were not replenished again, at 8:30pm they closed around us and were hinted at to leave. Upon leaving our bill had an extra adult added to it, despite us all standing there for the head count of 8 adults the waitress still looked at us like there were 9 and we were hiding a person. The meat was amazing ? I was dubious because we went early but were offered everything quickly, and it was cooked to perfection.The salad bar was replenished and replaced regularly... the mushrooms are a must!!!
