“Costa in St Helens is a great little place to go to for a brew. Especially if you have the Costa App.It can get a bit busy and noisy with all the customers, so it’s not somewhere I can work from but it is nice and warm, which is a huge plus.”

I felt sorry for the girl who served my chocolate and salted caramel cake, who seemed mortified about making a mistake of putting my cake in a bag and not a plate but I said it was not a problem. “I always have a fab experience here. I mostly use the drive through and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and eager to help. The wait is never long, my orders are always right and I am always satisfied with the service and product. On the few times I have gone in to the cafe my experience has been the same. Never had any problems with any of the staff and happy to stay a customer here ?”
