“Staff were very friendly, service was quick and the hot chocolate was as delicious as ever! My absolute favourite hot chocolates, I won't buy hot chocolate from any other big named coffee shops because they always have a hint of coffee taste to them and I can't stand coffee.”

“Visited today - there was a problem with the flavour of our meal but we didn’t mention it at the time . When the lady came to collect our crockery I told her about the issue , she said if we had told her at the time she would have sorted it . .We didn’t want to complain so that was our fault really- we didn’t want to make any fuss. However , when we went to pay she had heavily discounted our meal . Which we thought was very kind . Due to this we will go again - everyone has an off day after all .”

“We were in Tesco, Haydock, for our usual Monday shopping, and although it was well attended, the girls behind the counter, Emma and Charlotte, with a Manageress (sorry I didn't get her name, were incredible! There were no tables left dirty, and drinks were being dispensed without delay. They deserve a medal for the way they were performing, and customers were not waiting unduly. Well done for their dedication to Costa customers!!!”
