Very kind and welcoming staff. I'm always welcomed with a smile and a genuine greeting. When I explained my deafness to the staff they were very kind and once they were made aware of this they really made an effort to communicate with me despite the obvious mask issues owing to covid.\\nIt is nice to be treated in such a way were upon you do not feel like a hindrance, and you are made to feel as welcome and as accepted as everyone else. ??
Here all the time. Great staff, they’re working really hard these days. It’s been super busy recently, which has took the edge off the atmosphere a bit. Staff are always friendly, despite issues with a reduced menu, which isn’t their fault, they take a lot of flak, yet still manage a smile. Unfortunately the main problem…is the customers.

I always have a fab experience here. I mostly use the drive through and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and eager to help. The wait is never long, my orders are always right and I am always satisfied with the service and product. On the few times I have gone in to the cafe my experience has been the same. Never had any problems with any of the staff and happy to stay a customer here ?
