It's been a few years since we have been here and it's had a revamp. It's spotless! The food was delicious and we had amazing service from Ella. She was so helpul and really pleasant. We will definitely be coming again!

The meal was awful , the burgers was burnt and hard and the grand children left them, the fish chips & pea's looked like it had been re heated in a micro wave and left to go cold , normally we have a good meal here , don't know what went wrong this time ?

Had a nice breakfast here. Wouldve liked my eggs Benedict to have a runny yolk instead of hard boiled though. Staff were nice ?
Dreadful experience customers forced to queue in a line to get served ordered on the app waited an hour for frankly sub standard food .Had to go and get our own drinks as we had waited over 30mins staff disinterested and borderline rude .Avoid like the plague!

Awful experience only order 3 small plates yet 40 mins later they still hadn't arrived. Tables who arrived after us all had their food delivered swiftly while we watched on. Then finally the waitress arrived with 1 sml bowl of beans???? Not what we ordered. Another 15mis passed still no food. Back to the bar for a refund manager gave half hearted apology and said its on its way. Sorry not good enough. Service is shocking would be 0 stars if this was an option. Last visit for us

The Glass House is one of the better Wetherspoon pubs, very big inside, always busy, there isn't too much wrong with either the drinks or food, the only problem for some people would be that the toilets are up two flights of stairs, there is a disabled toilet downstairs but it's not really private is it is in view of everyone. This pub is always a go-to if I am in St Helens.

It is a nice place for a cheap restaurant to spend your afternoon. I mean, who knows the chain of restaurants they know what they get. It is a nice place to start your afternoon and always seems chilled with nice ordinary people that are happy and friendly. The staff are always nice and polite. The place served food, beers , cocktails , and a great wine selection.Outdoor and indoor and close to the shopping area so after shopping like crazy you can stop there and chill with a glass of wine while enjoying your day.
